Panasonic was due to kick off it’s Christmas 2010 3D campaign with a brand new 3D television advert. The ad was intended to be first aired on UK terrestrial TV last night during an episode of Coronation Street on ITV – strange choice of target audience in our opinion but guess the large viewing figures are the draw here.

As mentioned, the advert itself was meant to be broadcast in 3D so those owners of 3D ready TVs should have been able to¬†experience¬†the advertiser’s message in a glorious three dimensions.

However, due to reasons unknown, the 3D ad didn’t make an appearance. Ho hum. Guess you’ll have to make do with the old Sony ads!
